Well what can we say? Except hello to everybody.
This seems to be a rather good forum for open expression of views & discussion.
Just the way that 'freedom of speech' should be!

Anyway we are a bunch of ordinary folk, that started a voluntary organization nearly 18 months ago.

If anybody would like more information, please feel free to contact us at HeritageReaction@gmail.com

Hello Nigela.
Your team looks like a promising venture, that many of us would be interested in.
Do you have a web site?
If not, could you post a bit of info' on what you are about?
I think it's fair to say, that a few of us on here are not unknown for reacting to some heritage issues, quite decisively.
Blessings

Thankyou for your response Dave.

To answer your questions & queries; Our group has been brought together to make sure that our sites & our heritage remains intact for future generations.

For years we have seen so many sites (listed ones), neglected or destroyed by those that are supposed to be maintaining them. Also many of our monuments have been destroyed because they have not been listed in the momuments records. Every single one of our ancient monument on these Isles needs recording and maintaining. We know hundreds, thousands of people up & down this country that would volunteer to maintain these sites - some already do!

We don't just sit back and complain about the after effects of these modern companies destroying our ancesters homes & villages or our ancient history. We prevent them from been able to start in the first place.

Our Website is only open to invitations. When/if our members decide otherwise, it will then be made public.

Yet another attempt at decrying those that would ensure the continuance and integrity of our heritage. Have you no shame?

You would attempt to undermine the hard work of those in Heritage Action for your own childish games. HA has a dedicated team who have fought long and hard to ensure that you and your ilk can enjoy the many threatened sites in the U.K. Is this how you would repay that effort? You and the Chuckle brothers should be taken out and shot!

I'm really sorry that you have taken this view of our group. Obviously we have the same views with regards to the importance of our ancient sites.
Our team has grown significantly over the past year as we were several hard working groups with the same interests that have joined together to ensure that our sites are not destroyed.

Goodluck to you and your team.
