I've been forwarded the following missive about a gathering for those interested in druidic and similar ways, to be held in Leeds, West Yorkshire in 2-3 weeks time:
Sun 28 November, 2010 - A LEEDS DRUID MEETUP
Victoria Hotel, 28 Great George Street, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 3DL
A meeting for Druids of the area (and beyond if you want to come) is planned for Sunday the 28th of November, in the Bridget Room, at the Victoria Hotel, 28 Great George Street, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 3DL.
The meeting will start informally at around 1.30pm, with formal introductions at around 2.30 pm. The meeting is hosted by The British Druid Order, but attendance and representation is welcome, by anyone from any Order or Grove, or just people interested in Druidry. Those attending are welcome to bring along interested friends and partners.
The call for such a meeting has come from newcomers to Druidry, so the object will simply be for Druids, and interested persons to swap ideas, get to know each other, with a view to planning possible gatherings and future meetings.
The venue is within easy walking distance of the Railway Station, is a real ale pub, and serves wholesome food, which can be pre ordered. The Bridget Room, is on the left as you come through the main entrance. (Early Yule shopping prior to the meeting in Leeds centreā¦optional.) Hope to see you there.
