    I grew up near Whitworth, Lancs. Lived in Liverpool and Manchester for 20 years. Came back 10 years ago to lovely Rossendale. What a relief! It's good to see the horizon.  Very Happy

    Hello Piffy, I know Whitworth quite well as I went to school in Rochdale. There are some nice places in Rossendale, I'll agree with you on that. It's quiet on here at the moment, but feel free to put any info and pics you have regarding ancient sites. Smile
