Worm Well - Fat Field

Please can anybody, give any information on where this well is?
Has anybody actually seen it?

Thanks Paul. Yes,I was after more than what is on the website. I want to know if it is still there, or if there are any photo's.
Or if anybody has any other information regarding this well, hill or stone?
