    Australian hello Empty Australian hello

Post  shelaw Mon Nov 10, 2014 9:38 pm

hello from Australia, Perth, Western Australia, I have joined this forum to find out about the rock carving mentioned on Canmore  ID 340826, in the Glen Artney, Comrie Parish, Perthshire.   I only want to see a photo of the 'strange markings' on the rock.  Looking at the Canmore site, I doubt the rock will ever be found.  I am interested in this rock because of its proximity to my ancestor's home where they lived from circa 1820 to 1852, at the foot of Ben Vorlich at the confluence of the Dubh Choirein and the Gliogarsnaich Burns.

I have put my hello and query in the one post, sorry about that.

Any help with a photo of the rock in question would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
