Cheers Danny! It tells us things many of us know from experience - but it's good to read. It's good to have that there 'academic' framework (again!), which'll hopefully encourage the dimwits who pass silly drug-laws to re-evaluate their ideologies.... In my considerable experience, shrooms catalyze the majority of users into healthier, more open human beings. Anyone else found the same?

Hi Paul I felt like answering this old post https://northernantiquarian.forumotion.net/t316-dowsing-ancient-sites

In my opinion, earth energies are a combination of several factors:-
    1) Electro-magnetic effects arising from the earth's own magnetic core and its associated field
    2) Water passing over crystalling rock causing a piezo-electric discharge
    3) The radiance of particles arising from the decomposition of radiactive matter, usually at geological fault lines
    4) The bio-electric energy fields of humans and other living creatures, especially trees and large shrubs.
    5) The radiant light energy from The Sun, distant stars, and the reflected energy from The Moon and other planets close enough to register a response.
    6) The decaying or remnant energies of formerly living organisms, particularly humans.
I do not have any scientific training or apparatus and do not intend to do scientific experiments at this stage
by telling the guy to chill out in the landscape and get rid of the sound shape silhouettes (words) in his head with a dose of shrooms! but then I figured his cot brain washing of :- A for apple, B for ball, C for cat, mummy daddy house tree sun, would be far too strong to let go of - just my 2p but only being new here apologies if out of place
    cheers Danny

Silly is the right word, my friend. They fail to recognize that even before they were able to establish their laws, our ancestors have been using them for their benefits.

I mean, come on. A small dose of magic mushrooms can help the user find humor in just about anything. Can you imagine how that would help a depressed human being? On the other hand, higher doses can help users experience something psychedelic, almost religious.

With all these silly laws, very few information are available so that's where the biggest problem of magic mushrooms come into the picture. Since a lot of people want to try it and they can't find any information about them, they try consuming mushrooms that they're not familiar with so some of them get poisoned.

This page on effects of magic mushrooms also shows that there can be "bad trips". However, I think it's mainly because of misinformation or total lack of information.

These little creatures are the most evocative psychotropes on Earth in my experience. Nothing comes close. How the hell Psilocybes have been made illegal, when such dreadful killers like alcohol and tobacco are deemed OK, beggars belief! At the very least it shows that the people who make laws on such issues are short in the IQ Department.
