    Hello all,
just came across the site, looks interesting. I used to live in Lancashire but I`m now in Ireland. I have a good interest in the land and antiquities of which there are many around where I live in the Roscommon, Sligo, Leitrim area. I work at hedge laying and have a small farm on which there is a small ringfort or rath.
    All the best,
    John Robert.

Hello John and welcome to TNA. I Too am interested in prehistoric and more recent Celtic / Dark Age sites in Ireland, but more especially Celtic crosses, inscribed stones and holy wells. If you have a photo or two of that ringfort we would be happy to have a gander at it. Ray.

Hi John, if you are having a problem putting a photo of your ringfort on here, please let either myself or Paulus know. It can be a problem until you get used to it. Ray.Smile
