After been out many times on the moors and having been fortunate enough to find unrecorded sites, I was wondering if there are other people that actually go out to look for them (the undiscovered/unrecorded sites). If so, what is it that draws you to the site in the first place.

Do you try research ie, myths/folklore, fieldnames?
    Do you just know?
    Do you dowse it?
What is it that leads you to the place of the site?
or do you just stumble across one?

I would love to know other people experiences.
